The project consisted of renovation of the existing Leander Utility Billing & Customer Service Area of approximately 1,405 sq. ft. in Leander, Texas. The existing building was built in the 80’s and no longer met the city building codes. Majestic Services brought the building into compliance during the renovation. The project involved the following trades: masonry, cabinetry/millwork, flooring, doors/hardware, security, insulation, doors/frames/hardware, windows, drywall, acoustical ceiling, painting (interior/exterior), teller equipment, HVAC Mechanical, and Electrical.
